The main objective of this project is to develop a new portable device for monitoring in-situ critical health parameters. The user can perform a measurement in blood or urine at home and clinicians could get the results, instantly and online. The telemedicine device supposes a special benefit for chronical patients who require routine monitoring of parameters.This way, there is a considerable increase of the quality of life of the patients because the system reduces the number of medical consultations, thus avoiding problems exposed inside a hospital, such as infections.Collaborating companies
